Please note: Membership in HBRAME and NAHB is a membership for the individual and not the company with which he/she is an owner and/or employee.

Associate $525 Annually

Individuals who through the company with which they own and/or work are engaged in providing services to Builders such as subcontractors, specialty trades, manufacturers, retailers, accounting, architecture, banking, lending, real estate. Essentially any individual that provides a service to a Builder is designated as an Associate.

Builder $525 Annually

Individuals who are directly engaged through the company with which they own and/or work in construction of new homes and/or the remodeling of existing homes. These individuals may work in the field, in office or in management.

Affiliate $100 Annually

Additional individual members from an existing Builder or Associate member company. Affiliate members have all of the benefits of full membership except the ability to vote at Annual Meetings.

Remodelers Council $100 Annually

Individuals who are Builder and/or Associate members that specialize in home remodeling and renovation.
